Information we receive
- Contact inquiries: your name, email, optional company name, topic, and message when you contact us.
- Account and business information: account identity, organization membership, permissions, and the customer, job, proposal, purchasing, and inventory information users enter in .
- Technical information: request and security information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and service logs used to operate and protect the site.
- Messaging records: recipient details, relevant proposal references, consent records, delivery status, and opt-out information when messaging features are used.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and support , authenticate users, apply permissions, operate requested business and communication workflows, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Contact form messages are emailed to Clay and Jonathan at Tricbit through Postmark. Submitting the contact form does not enroll you in marketing or text messages.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, and communications, including Netlify, Clerk, database and storage providers, Postmark for email, and Telnyx and telecommunications carriers for messaging. Providers process information needed to perform those functions. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service or the rights and safety of users.
We do not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent is specific to the identified business and message purpose. It is not sold, transferred, or reused as permission for another business. Information necessary to deliver and support requested messages may be processed by service providers for that purpose.
Independent businesses using
Organizations using are separate businesses and manage their own customer relationships and information. For a request about records or messages belonging to an member business, contact that business first. Tricbit can help with questions about the platform or identify the appropriate contact when possible.
Cookies and external resources
uses cookies and similar browser storage for sign-in, session management, and application operation. The public business pages do not add advertising trackers. Stock photographs are loaded from Unsplash, which receives technical request information such as an IP address when your browser loads them. External links are governed by the policies of the linked services.
Retention and protection
We keep information as needed to respond to requests, operate and support the service, document transactions and permission, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and the organization’s relationship with us. Access controls and other safeguards help protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Email us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information Tricbit holds about you. We may need to verify your request, and some records may need to be retained for legal, operational, or consent purposes. For text messages, reply STOP to the sending number to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS privacy notice and SMS terms.
Children and changes
is business software and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We may update this policy as our services change; the effective date above identifies this version.
