This website is operated by Tricbit Inc, doing business as by Tricbit. is our business management software platform. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If your organization has a separate written agreement with Tricbit for , that agreement governs the services it covers and controls in the event of a conflict.
Product information and demonstrations
Public product information describes ’s workflows. Availability, configuration, pricing, and support arrangements are discussed directly with Tricbit and, where applicable, documented in a separate agreement. Requesting a demonstration or sending a contact inquiry does not purchase a subscription or commit you to a paid service. Demonstration records may contain fictional businesses, customers, or transactions.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use only through an account and organization access you are authorized to use. Keep credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not attempt to access another organization’s data, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, or use the service in violation of applicable laws or others’ rights. Contact Tricbit if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your organization and customer relationships
Each member organization is an independent business responsible for its users, records, customer relationships, pricing, proposals, service commitments, and required permissions. Tricbit provides software; it is not the contractor or service provider described in a member business’s customer proposal. A proposal’s business-specific terms remain the responsibility of that business.
Communications and SMS
Submitting a contact form allows us to respond to your inquiry by email; it does not subscribe you to marketing or SMS. SMS participation requires separate, affirmative permission for the named business and purpose. Tricbit’s current toll-free program is limited to invited testing and demonstrations, subject to approval and sending being enabled.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Independent member businesses require their own applicable registration and consent process before production messaging.
Privacy and ownership
Our Privacy policy explains how information is handled. Tricbit and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and website content. Users retain their rights in the information they provide. Stock photography is licensed from its respective creators and is illustrative; it does not depict Tricbit staff, premises, or customers.
Availability and responsibility
We may update the website and product and may restrict access to protect the service or address misuse. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, the public website is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tricbit is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
