Platform and sending business
Tricbit Inc operates by Tricbit, a multi-tenant software platform. Each member organization is a separate business responsible for its customer messaging program and privacy disclosures. Tricbit provides software and messaging operations for those programs. Consent is specific to the named business and disclosed purpose; it is not shared permission for other members.
The current Tricbit-operated SMS program covers invited internal testing and demonstrations. June LLC is a fictional demo tenant. Independent member businesses must have their own identified program and applicable registration before production messaging.
Information used for messaging
The sending business and Tricbit use your mobile number, relevant proposal reference, permission record, and delivery or opt-out status to provide requested texts and honor your choices. When an employee records permission in , the record includes the number, time, employee, and disclosure version. Messaging providers and carriers also process information needed to route messages and handle replies.
How information is shared
We do not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to one business is not sold, transferred, or reused as permission for another business. Information necessary to deliver and support the requested messaging service is processed by Tricbit, the sending business, and service providers such as Telnyx and telecommunications carriers for that purpose.
Your choices and retention
Reply STOP to the sending number to stop that program's texts. Contact the named sending business about its messages. For the Tricbit demo program or platform privacy questions, email clay@tricbit.com. You may ask about access, corrections, or deletion of your messaging information. Consent and opt-out records are retained as needed to document permission, honor opt-outs, operate the service, and meet applicable obligations.
